The first thing that can be seen on this double page spread is the headlinne which is a quote from the magazine. The headline reads 'People think I'm an attention seeker, but I'm just honest', this shows that she doesn't really care what other people think of her and it suggests that she is an outgoing and loud person who enjoys being in the spotlight. This appeals to the target audience for this magazine as many teenagers are also very outgoing and fun, also the artist featured on the cover is around the same age as the target audience.The next thing that the reader will see is the picture on the right side of the page, this takes up a whole page in this double page spread as it is an image of the artist herself and so it gives the reader an idea of what the interviewee looks like. The clothes she is wearing are very casual which also links to the idea that she doesn't really care what people think. She is wearing quite heavy black eye-liner to show that she can have a dark side.
